Founder Cesar Bernal Jr. was born in Brownsville, Texas, and raised in El Control, Tamaulipas. At a young age, he moved to Progreso, Texas, where he spent most of his life. Motivated by a passion for the HVAC industry and a desire to serve his community, he attended South Texas College and earned his HVAC certification. After gaining valuable experience working for several HVAC companies, he decided to pursue his dream of owning a business.
Just one week after the birth of his son, Cesar Bernal III, Cesar Bernal Jr. took a leap of faith and launched Valley Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating LLC on March 30, 2004. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality service, he built a trusted reputation throughout the Rio Grande Valley and continues to serve customers with the same values that started the company more than two decades ago.
Today, the family legacy continues with Cesar Bernal III, who graduated from South Texas College in 2025 with both his HVAC Certification and Associate Degree in HVAC Technology. As the next generation of Valley Solutions, he is committed to carrying on the company's tradition of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service while helping provide reliable comfort solutions to homes and businesses across the Rio Grande Valley.
